LD Services & Tech Inc. Terms and Conditions of Sale

Acceptance of Terms: By accepting delivery of services described in your order invoice or other LD Services & Tech Inc. documentation, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions unless a separate agreement has been signed.

Warranties: LD Services & Tech Inc. disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, relating to products used in providing services, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Manufacturer warranties may apply to specific products.

LD Services & Tech Inc. is not the manufacturer of any products used in services. The customer relies solely on the manufacturer’s specifications and not on any information provided by LD Services & Tech Inc. Title to any products used remains with the seller until paid in full by the customer.

Limitation of Liability: LD Services & Tech Inc. is not liable for lost profits, loss of business, or any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, or claims by third parties. LD Services & Tech Inc. is not liable for products not being available for use or lost.

LD Services & Tech Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including product unavailability, carrier delays, weather conditions, fire, power failure, war, terrorism, labor problems, acts of God, or government actions. Estimated delivery dates are subject to change.

Pricing: Pricing is subject to change. LD Services & Tech Inc. reserves the right to adjust pricing, products, and services due to factors like discontinuation, market conditions, unavailability, errors, or manufacturer price changes. All orders are subject to product availability.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by Florida state laws. Any legal action will be brought in the appropriate Florida court, and the customer consents to this jurisdiction.

Payment Options: Payment by major credit cards is accepted. Your card is charged upon service completion. Applicable sales tax will be added.

Return Policy: If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 30 days of service completion to discuss resolution options. We cannot offer refunds for services already rendered.

International Orders: For international orders, customers have 30 days to report problems or defects. LD Services & Tech Inc. will ship a new or fixed product to the customer but is not responsible for return shipping costs. After 30 days, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
