Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods:

• Continental U.S.: We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Most orders ship the same day and arrive within 1-2 business days. Orders over $95 ship free; orders under $95 have a flat rate of $7.95.
• Alaska and Hawaii: All products ship for $7.95, but prices may vary for larger orders. Please call us for shipping quotes.
• APO/FPO Addresses: We will contact you with a shipping quote after you place your order. Delivery typically takes 6-10 business days.
• Canada:
  • Orders under $700: We will contact you with a shipping quote.
  • Orders over $700: A set shipping rate will apply, but we may contact you for adjustments based on weight and dimensions. Delivery typically takes 6-10 business days, subject to customs.
• Other International Orders:
  • Orders under $700: We will contact you with a shipping quote.
  • Orders over $700: A set shipping rate will apply, but we may contact you for adjustments based on weight and dimensions. Delivery typically takes 6-14 business days, subject to customs.

Processing Time:

Orders placed before 2 p.m. PT, Monday-Friday, usually ship the same day (excluding holidays).

Delivery Estimates:

Our delivery estimates are based on average shipping times within the continental U.S. Factors that may affect delivery include:

• Warehouse stock availability
• Order size
• Product availability

We’ll notify you if your order cannot ship on time and discuss options.

International Shipping:

We ship “Medical Supplies,” which are often duty-free. However, customs officials have the final authority to charge duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
